Returns & refunds policy
Change of mind
You may return an items within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in an unused condition with all original shipped packaging and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
- The refund will be provided as store credit.
- The refunded amount excludes any shipping costs. If you received free shipping, shipping costs for your area will be deducted from your store credit.
- You are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product.
Faulty, damaged, missing products
We understand that during the delivery, items can arrive damaged or missing, we will try our best to pack all orders in good conditions. If that happen, we will provide you a replacement (if we have in stock) or refund you in full. Please note that:
- You notify us the damaged or missing item within 2 days (from the day it is noted delivered at your place); and
- Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us via email amocasupplies@gmail.com before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse
- We will reimburse shipping costs incurred when you return the item to us if it is found faulty.
+ Please do not dispose of these items as we will need them to be sent back for proof.
+ When a returned product is found not faulty or damaged, a redelivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid by you prior to sending it back to you.

(For orders in Adelaide, we will ship by couriers or by our store’s shipper)
Please ensure delivery address details are entered correctly, once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, we are not responsible for incorrect address delivery. Incorrect or insufficient delivery address will incur a re-delivery fee and will only be shipped out again once the item is returned back to us.
Normally all orders will be dispatched same day or the next business day, but with big orders we will try our best to deliver as soon as possible.
Delivery timeframes are an estimate only provided by our courier. We are unable to guarantee any times.
If you have not received delivery within 14 days, please contact our team immediately. We will not replace or refund missing orders reported outside of this period if the tracking indicates that the parcel has been successfully delivered.
If a product is out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option of a full refund and cancellation, store credit or a partial refund with the rest of the order sent out. If we receive no response within a week we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
